This fully guided 10 Nights and 11 Days tour includes:


1. Transfers: Meet & assist on arrival and departure at the airport in Istanbul, Turkey.


2. Nine nights of Hotel accommodations


3. Meals: Breakfast and Dinner (drinks excluded)


4. Transportation: Private luxury air-conditioned modern coach


5. Fully guided touring on all days - All entrance fees and tickets for archaeological sites & museums are included as per the tour itinerary 


6. Boat ride - Kusadasi- Patmos- Kusadasi


Price Does Not Include:


1. Air tickets to/from Istanbul  (We can get you great prices for flights according to the tour itinerary if you wish to go through us)

2. Domestic Air Tickets Izmir-Istanbul (current rate $95 per person / 7kg hand luggage and 15kg luggage per person 

3. Lunches, snacks, porterage at airport and hotels, and other personal expenses

4. Travel Insurance is mandatory; we will get you the cheapest tour-compliant insurance with great coverage

5. Tips to Guides, Drivers, Hotels, and others: US$100 Per Person

6. Turkey Visa

Payment Schedule:

  • $500 per person due at the time of booking.
  • Final payment is due three months before the tour departure date (August 04, 2024).

The cancellation fee will be according to the Turkey Hotel Association and the Airlines.


Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking, we will impose cancellation charges as follows:

90 days before departure: Deposit plus any applicable supplier penalties.​
60 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost
45 days or less before departure or no-show: 100% of the tour cost

Communication and notification:
a. Travelers are responsible for notifying the travel agency as soon as possible in case of a cancellation or any changes to their travel plans.
b. The tour operator will provide clear instructions on the refund process and any additional documentation required.
c. All refund communication will be conducted through the designated channels established by the travel agency.

In the event of a war or country shutdown:
The deposit is non-refundable.

The tour will be rescheduled.
If the traveler is unable to join the tour (Voluntary Cancellation) on the rescheduled date, a refund may be provided as per the following conditions:

Refunds for voluntary cancellations:
(Voluntary cancellations - where a traveler chooses to cancel their tour for personal reasons)

Refunds for voluntary cancellations will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the travel insurance policy.
Travelers should review their travel insurance policy to understand the coverage and refund process for voluntary cancellations.
The tour operator will assist travelers in providing any necessary documentation the insurance company requires for claim purposes.

The passport must be valid for at least six months past the return travel date.
